Terms and conditions


These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours and packaging may look slightly different on your screen or may change from time to time. Our products are motorcycle care chemicals and accessories: always read the label and follow the instructions and safety warnings before use, and keep chemical products out of the reach of children.

3. Orders

  • When you place an order, we send you an email confirming that we have received it.
  • Please check your order, delivery address and mobile number before you pay. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us.
  • We may cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or product information, or if the payment can’t be verified. If we cancel your order, we’ll let you know and refund the full amount you paid to your card.
  • If you’d like to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.

4. Prices and VAT

  • All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
  • Delivery fees are shown separately in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
  • Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order.

5. Payment

  • We accept Visa and Mastercard through Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Your card is charged when you place your order.
  • Cash on delivery is not available.
  • Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.

6. Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates only. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the UAE.
  • Delivery is free on orders of AED 150 or more. Orders under AED 150 have a flat delivery fee of AED 15.
  • Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. Orders are delivered by our courier partner. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control.
  • The products become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Returns and refunds

  • Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used chemical products can’t be returned.
  • Damaged or wrong products are replaced free of charge. Please contact us with your order number and photos.
  • Refunds are made to the card you paid with and can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

8. Our responsibility

  • We are responsible for supplying products as described and in good condition.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by using a product in a way that goes against the label instructions or warnings, for example applying it in direct sunlight or on a hot surface.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UAE law.

9. Intellectual property

The MotoQuick name and logo, product names, photos and all content on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Privacy

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on this page when you placed it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, without affecting any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
