Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of AED 150 or more. Orders under AED 150 have a flat delivery fee of AED 15, shown in your cart before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the UAE and usually arrive in 1–3 working days. More on our Shipping and delivery page.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates only.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Payment
How can I pay? Is cash on delivery available?
By card: Visa and Mastercard through Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure payment form; we never see or store your full card number. Cash on delivery isn’t available: all orders are paid by card at checkout.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened chemical products can’t be returned. Full details are on our Returns and refunds page.
My order arrived damaged, or I received the wrong product. What should I do?
Send us your order number and photos of the parcel and the product on WhatsApp or by email. We’ll replace it free of charge.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

What’s in the 11-piece motorcycle care kit?
Eight care products and three accessories, all in one wash bucket:
- Wash & wax motorcycle shampoo 500 ml and quick wax spray 400 ml
- Wheel cleaner spray 400 ml and engine degreaser spray 400 ml
- Plastic shine & protectant spray 400 ml
- Helmet interior cleaner Fresh 400 ml, helmet anti-fog spray 100 ml and rain repellent spray 100 ml
- Microfibre cloth 30×30 cm, applicator sponge 16×12 cm and a 10-litre wash bucket
At the ratio on the shampoo label, 50 ml per 10-litre bucket, the shampoo is enough for about 10 bucket washes. Wash in the shade: don’t use the shampoo in direct sunlight or on a hot surface. Chain care isn’t included in the kit (see below).
How do I clean and lube my chain?
Use T1 chain cleaner spray 400 ml first, then Y1 chain lube 400 ml. Both are sold separately; chain care isn’t part of the 11-piece kit.
- Put the motorcycle on a stand with the ignition off. Turn the rear wheel by hand, not by running the engine.
- Spray the cleaner along the full length of the chain, onto the links and rollers. Keep it off the tyre, brake disc and pads.
- Wait a short time for the dirt and old grease to loosen, then wipe it off with a brush or a clean cloth.
- Once the chain is completely dry, spray the chain lube along the chain.
How do I clean the inside of my helmet?
Spray Helmet interior cleaner Fresh 400 ml onto the inner lining or onto a cloth, wipe with the cloth and let the helmet air dry. It can also be used to clean the visor. It’s included in the 11-piece kit and is also sold on its own.
How do I keep my visor clear?
Two sprays do two different jobs:
- Helmet anti-fog spray goes on the inside of the visor. Spray, wait 30–40 seconds, then wipe with a microfibre cloth.
- Rain & water repellent goes on the outside of a clean, dry visor. Spray 2–3 times, wait about 10 seconds, then wipe thoroughly until dry.
Both are in the 11-piece kit. They also come together with a visor cloth in our visor care set.
