Shipping and delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. Every order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse in the UAE. We don’t ship outside the UAE at the moment.

Delivery fee

• Free delivery on orders of AED 150 or more.
• Orders under AED 150 have a flat delivery fee of AED 15. You’ll see it in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
• All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. Orders are delivered by our courier partner.

Tracking your order

When your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 656 0787 with your order number.

Address and phone number

Please enter your full address, including your emirate and area, and a UAE mobile number (+971). The courier uses this number to contact you about your delivery.

Payment

We accept card payments only: Visa and Mastercard through Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash on delivery is not available.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, or you receive the wrong product, contact us with your order number and photos of the parcel and the product. We’ll replace it free of charge. Full details are on our Returns and refunds page.

Missed deliveries

If the courier can’t reach you, contact us with your order number and we’ll help arrange a new delivery.
