Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? You can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we’ll replace it free of charge.

What you can return

  • Unopened products in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
  • Accessories such as cloths, sponges, brushes and buckets, as long as they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

What we can’t take back

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of chemical products that have been opened or used (shampoo, wax, cleaners, degreasers, chain lube, shine products, anti-fog and rain repellent sprays and similar). If one product in a set has been opened, only that product is excluded; the rest of the set can still be returned.

How to return a product

  • Contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 656 0787 or by email at erguven.orcun@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Tell us your order number and which products you’d like to return.
  • We’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don’t send anything back before you hear from us.
  • Return shipping: for unopened items returned because you changed your mind, you cover the return shipping; for damaged, faulty or wrong items, we cover it

Damaged or wrong products

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, or you receive the wrong product, send us your order number and photos of the parcel and the product on WhatsApp or by email. We’ll send a replacement free of charge.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked the returned product, we’ll refund the amount to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds for Apple Pay and Google Pay payments go back to the card linked to your wallet.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
